How to place an order
To create an order simply select the product you wish to purchase, select the desired product and quanitity and click "Add to Cart". This item will then appear in your "Shopping Cart" at the top right hand side of our website. Once you have finished your order follow the checkout procedure.
Cancellation of an order
If your order has been submitted and you later decide to cancel an item, please ensure that you email us within 24 hours of placing your order. We apologise that beyond this time we are unable to organise a cancellation.
We have made every effort to display the colours of products on our website as accurately as possible. However as the actual colours you see depend on your computer screen, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will accurately reflect the colour of product on delivery.
We accept the following major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and Bancontact.
Additionally, you can pay using iDeal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. (Please see the respective website's for more details on their terms or for account set up).
If you pay by credit or debit card you will be asked for the security number of the card. This is the last three digits on the signature strip on the back of your card.
For any promotional codes, please enter these at the checkout when selecting your payment method and your total amount will be updated.
Once you have confirmed your order, you will be sent an email confirmation with your order number.
Payment is taken at the time of the transaction on all credit and debit card payments and with Paypal and Apple Pay.

Huggsie Pillow Items
Baby Harvelicious delivers to all European countries. For Huggsie Pillows orders to be shipped to the USA or Canada, please contact us for shipping costs as they may vary. Please note that we do not refund any delivery costs in the event of a return or replacement request.
Capsule Collection Items
We offer shipping worldwide. If you do not see your country on the list, please don't hesitate to contact us to help you further, as shipping options may vary.
Where is my order?
Should your order not have arrived by the estimated date indicated on your order confirmation email, please get in contact with us so we can look into this further.
Please note that for our Huggsie Pillow orders, we ask you to allow 21 working days for your package arrive.
In the event of orders from our capsule collection, due to the fact that these are third party products that we have selected to showcase, the delivery times will be longer and will not arrive in the same shipment (unless they are from the same supplier, but we try to select a range of products, so this is unlikely). For these, we ask you to allow 20 - 40 days for delivery.
Can I track my order?
If your order was sent to you using a trackable service you will receive the tracking information on your order confirmation email.
Can I change my delivery address?
Due to security reasons we unfortunately cannot change your delivery address if your order has already been processed on our end and you have received shipping confirmation.
What if I am not home to receive my delivery?
If you are not at home when the courier attempts to deliver your order, the driver will leave a note advising you on options for redelivery or informing you that your package will be available to pick up at your local post office.
What if my country doesn't appear on the menu list?
We are pleased to offer shipping to many countries, however if you cannot see your country when going through to making your order, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will quickly help your further.
Why have my items been shipped separately?
With items from our capsule collection, because they are third party pieces, they will be shipped directly from their own warehouses, so this means items may not ship from the same place at the same time.
Returns from our Huggsie Pillow Collection
We guarantee to refund any item that is damaged (all items are checked when returned and if we find that your item is faulty then we will refund you the full cost). Please return items in a saleable, unused and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and will exclude postage. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the products.
Please also note that items must be returned with all tags and labels intact. We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us. Refunds can only be carried out if you return your order to Customer Services at the below returns address.

Please note that due to the fact that these are third party products, we do not accept returns, refunds or replacements for any items from our Capsule Collection.

To edit the information we have stored simply click on the edit icon which appears on the top right hand corner of each section box.
All of our products are to be used under the direct supervision of an adult. Please do not leave a child unattended with any of the products displayed for sale on our website to avoid any harm to your baby. Do contact us below with any concerns or questions regarding safety.
